Direct bookings:
10% Deposit will be charged at the time of booking, using the credit card you entered when completing the reservation.
*Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days before the arrival.
**Remaining balance will be charged 13 days before the arrival. (Booking will be cancelled if payment cannot be collected)
***50% refund of the total booking for cancellations or changes made between 7 - 13 days before the arrival.
****No refunds for cancellations or changes made less than 7 days before the arrival.
VRBO, HomeAway and affiliates:
10% Deposit will be charged at the time of booking, using the credit card you entered when completing the reservation.
*Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 30 days before the arrival.
**Remaining balance will be charged 30 days before the arrival. (Booking will be cancelled if payment cannot be collected)
***50% refund of the total booking for cancellations or changes made between 14 - 30 days before the arrival.
****No refunds for cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before the arrival.
Other External Bookings
*Please check terms and conditions on the website where the booking was made, different sites may have different cancellation policies.
Please note that cancellations due to weather, illness, injury, delayed services like flight cancellations, etc are not covered under our refund policy.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance or ensuring your credit card covers travel cancellation insurance.
Many trip cancellation insurance policies reimburse you for prepaid non-refundable travel expenses if you must cancel for a covered reason (illness, injury, delayed services, weather) — but only if you purchase the policy before you travel and you cancel for a reason stated in the insurer’s terms. Travel cancellation insurance may provide reimbursement even when refunds are not available.
CLEANING
*A $250+ CAD extra cleaning fee will ONLY apply if the unit is messy after your departure**
(dishes not done, garbage left behind, recycling left behind, overall state of the unit)
SMOKE FREE UNITS
*A $500 cleaning fee will be applied to your account if you smoke in the unit.
DOGS
*DOGS are ONLY allowed in dog friendly units if they are part of the original booking and authorized by us.
**A $500 cleaning fee will apply if there are unauthorized dogs or other pets in the unit.
***Services animals require valid certification to be accepted in all units, emotional support animals do no qualify as service animals.
